Then tucked in Page 3 is a rejoinder from Art of Living, albeit with a picture they use from file (without mentioning it). By the way, all the pictures used are not current as it is made out to be. As is their wont, from the word go, Hindustan Times, at the behest of someone (it is anyone’s guess) have tried to derail the Nation’s show piece World Culture Festival 2016. While we (and the world) focused on the now famous WCF Rainbow, like gutter snipe they focused on the slush and dirt caused by the rain.

What is the real agenda of Hindustan Times? Who are their backers? Why are they and their motley bunch of journalists incessantly attacking (and peddling lies). Time for Art of Living to really investigate their interests.
Cross posted from Hindustan Times – who for some inexplicable reasons pull this article down (Second article they are pulling down in recent week). Banning a provocative Documentary is against freedom of expression, yelled the folks in Main stream Media protagonists. But they stifle Anjali Bhushan’s freedom of Expression by pulling down her version on how the film, India’s Daughter Came about. It has been a litany of lies, deceit and mischief by the BBC Commissioned Hit job with Leslee Udwin playing the ball for them.
Before you read this, please go through what Nirbhaya’s friend who was with her that forgettable evening has to say about the movie. Reconfirms what I said earlier. Make no mistake. Rape is a heinous crime. When public anger over the Nirbhaya incident boiled over, the question which confronted our society was how a human being could be driven to commit acts of such depravity. Although, it is said that the moral compass of all criminals is skewed the brutality of this incident made it necessary from a social viewpoint to examine the question of where such behaviour stems from.
The documentary “India’s Daughter” was therefore conceived to serve a social cause which was unfortunately overshadowed by the self-promoting agenda of my collaborator, Ms. Leslee Udwin. I had fallen out with her by the time that the principle photography of the film was completed and was conveniently excluded from the final edits. Subsequently, her attempt to exploit the subject matter of the documentary in a self-advancing attempt to sensationalize the content has not only brought disrepute to my profession and the country but also resulted in hurting the sentiments of the victims of rape who would invariably be exposed to the film. Granted editorial and journalistic privilege, there is also a particular sensibility that should be a guiding factor as an ethical standard. This is the same sensibility because of which the international media decides against telecasting the brutal immolation of a Jordanian pilot by terrorists. The social message which is the very essence of the film I wanted to make is now lost in the unfortunate controversy which has followed. When one edits several hours of footage, it is this sensibility, suitably deployed, which comes into play. It was this ‘sensibility’ which I was not able to exercise having been prevented by Ms. Leslee Udwin from participating in the post-assembly review of the film. And it was the lack of exercise of this ‘sensibility’ on her part, (having denied herself of my input as an Indian woman), in a cynical attempt to capture eyeballs and headlines which has led to the unfortunate controversy which will continue to cast a shadow on her career as a film maker.
The story does not end here. Regardless of her lack of sensibilities and judgment, Ms. Udwin knowingly and cynically breached the conditions and undertakings under which the permissions were granted. It was clear right at the outset that the permission to shoot the documentary was conditional upon the viewing of the unedited footage and the final cut by the authorities. Having completed the shooting, Ms. Udwin arrogantly refused to comply. On being shown snippets of the film, the authorities at Tihar Prisons had categorically stated that the comments of the convict were objectionable. The authorities further asked for the full i.e. unedited film to be able to review the same in the proper context. It was reiterated that the film should not be released till it is approved by the prison authorities and the Ministry.
When Ms. Udwin categorically refuted this demand by Tihar Prisons, I was horrified especially since I had repeatedly pleaded with her to comply with all conditions and formalities. Ultimately, in September 2014, I received a letter from Ms. Udwin’s lawyers terminating our agreements. One of the grounds of termination was that my warnings had in fact led to the DG (Prisons) sending a legal notice to her company on the grounds of breach of permissions granted by the jail authorities!
Subsequently, when I accidently stumbled upon the fact that plans to release the documentary were afoot, I was both angry and surprised, since I had been informed that the BBC will not air the documentary until the Supreme Court hearings were over. I immediately proceeded to warn the media houses planning to telecast the film, both about the fact that permission to do so had not been received and also the fact that the matter was still sub judice.
That despite my warnings the documentary, which includes an abominable portrayal of the issue, was still aired is a sad reflection of the triumph of the personal ambition of a producer who valued publicity and international recognition over the social agenda of the entire production.

As is the wont of their leader #ShooterOnScooter Arvind Kejriwal, they try to recycle a news from some other portal (without even giving a credit). And what! they make a hash of that job too (that is why Urban Dictionary has an entry called AAPtard). I have to agree, they have a visionary amidst them: They carry a piece on April 6th 2014 about something Art of Living is supposed to do on June 21st. Future event visualizing Visionaries. And the timing… which I will discuss later.
Wait Wait, don’t dish out an argument that it is 4 years ago – LOL! AAP was not even born then. So a piece on their Current affairs portal with a time lag of 4 years is great stuff for those setting out to transform the world 😉 And amazingly look at their source of information? Agni Sridhar – for all the rants during that time he was Silenced by the court. It is this guy who is AAP’s Herald and credible source of Information 🙂 An attempt to rob Peter to pay Paul backfired. But AAPTards over-reliance on such “Credible source of Information” doesn’t surprise me though! For a party with those who indulge in thuggery, scamming and spamming – Ashutosh Guptas or Somnath Bhartis ; or Racist Kumar Vishwas, Father abusing Shazia Ilmi or one who falsely Swears on his Children – Kejriwal himself. every one comes with their own such Powerful persona & traits 😉 So save those rants and dirty tricks for someone else (or atleast learn to do it well 😉
It is now well established and known fact to the world about Art of Living & His Holiness Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji acts of compassion, kindness and philanthropy. When Crores and Crores of Rupees is donated and spent for development of society, even assuming for argument’s sake it is true, Land need not be grabbed – it could have been bought twice over with the donations in kind during Ramlila (if you haven’t forgotten) With 70 National Council and Founding Members quitting #AAP, it surely must be getting jittery for the #BhagodaKejri and Co. The stage managed, Slapgate, InkGate and Punchgate not getting them any mileage, they had to resort to their time tested skulduggery of abusing a Spiritual Leader who in Kejriwal’s own language “luvs him a lot”

Remember Mr. #ShooterOnScooter, every inch of Ramlila had Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Art of Living imprints. Not impertinent to share an old picture of where you were seated – yes nowhere in the centrestage. This gives the world a clue of who “Made” you, what you are today. It is a bitter truth that none of them in this picture below is with Kejriwal anymore.
Just understand Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar was extremely mild when he rebuked Arvind Kejriwal in the Hindustan Times piece. Had He decided to reveal the whole truth – #BhagodaKejri would have ran away to China or some other Commie Nation. Fake Sentiments of Arvind Kejriwal in full display here:

If “Guruji Luvs Me a Lot” was really meant, why wasn’t a constuctive criticsim given by Guruji not taken in right spirit and where was the need to launch on to a sentimental barrage as above and open invitation to AAPtards to abuse? With the benefit of hindsight, just wondering where India Against Corruption movement would have been had Arvind Kejriwal and his PCRF were they not part of the movement (or alteast make him remain on the sidelines, like in the pic above;). Had that happened, this Elections would have been fought on Corruption and Development. BTW! Have someone heard any #AAPTard or Arvind Kejriwal speaking about Perpetrators of so many Scams (Click the link for A-Z Scams of UPA). Their fight apparently was against Narendra Modi and BJP and “FOR” Congress.” Before the AAP Dirty Tricks Department tries something like this next time (apprenticed under CONgress Dirty Tricks Department) learn to do it well 😉
If we can build India Against Corruption with the power of Social Media, remember we can also rip AAP apart with the same power. Remember! We know too much, just too much for your comfort! Mr Kejriwal and Co! It doesn’t take much to demystify you and the is too mild.
Surajits, Binnys, Parulekars and Shivendras are just raring to go 🙂 Atleast for me (unlike AAP) , Congress is a bigger foe and danger for this Nation – Nothing to gain in immediate future cleaning up AAP. But Remember! More rare pictures, tapes and documents do exist.
