Trust the Driver, Again

As I stand and watch at the cusp of “Breakthrough moments“, I could not help but reflect on things that happened in just a few months – too much, too soon (thankfully). In the journey of great institutions, moments are rare when the universe seem to conspire and align in quiet support. Calling it coincidence in case of this particular organization that I am proud to have been watching from closest quarters, would be digression from truth—For me, it is the natural response to sincere intent, ethical leadership, and unwavering commitment to to the cause. A large share of credit to the One, leading by example, a worthy successor to the Architect whose shoes were not so easy to fill. Thank God for small mercies, it gives me shivers imagining a pathetic wannabe in his place, who got weeded out as part of natural elimination – Karmic retribution you see 🙂

From this….

The organization’s recent accomplishments are not just milestones; they are manifestations of efforts that are rooted in integrity and guided by a vision for the greater good, and that is when success is inevitable. It is, indeed, raining achievements—each one a reflection of thoughtful strategy, responsive governance, and a deep understanding of internal and external community needs.

The winning factor – organization’s leadership that has exemplified honesty, adaptability, and foresight, fostering an environment where innovation thrives and individuals are empowered. A place today where in a contest between Process vs Person, the former wins! Ad hoc ism to predictability is the comfort zone for anyone and today the place thrives in this zone. The ripple effects of this work are visible not only in unthinkably quickest turn around but in the lives transformed through sheer quantum of efforts.

…To this. What a Journey

None of those who contributed to this journey with dedication, have gone unnoticed. Nature, it seems, has conspired to reward the organization generously. Unlike in the recent past, not just a handful, but the last standing man stood to gain. When balance is tilted, it was only a matter of time. That is how KARMA works and worked.

Happy Journey guys, Trust the Driver again
